Graham has spent his whole career working across the motor industry with experience with OEM's, leasing companies, refurbishment businesses and more latterly both physical and online remarketing companies.
Graham's responsibilities are to develop new business, identifying new product and customer opportunities. He cares passionately about our service levels and delivering excellence to both vendors and buyers.
Andy has spent the majority of his working life in the automotive sector. He has held a number of senior operational and customer service positions within the contract hire sector, with director roles at Dial Contracts, Hertz Lease and Inchcape Fleet Solutions, as well as running a corporate rental brokerage.
More recently he ran his own consultancy business and joined CD in 2014. He knows the business well having used CD to sell vehicles for him whilst working in the contract hire sector.
Paul joined CD Auction in 2002 as an assistant to the MD. He has worked his way up and is now General Manager for the Auction responsible for the smooth day to day running of the auction and liaises with both vendors and buyers.
His ability to builds strong relationships has enabled the business to grow massively since he joined. He has been very pro-active developing the CD Auction business and cares passionately about the service we provide.
The Transport team manage all our transport requests, whether they are vehicles coming in to the site to be remarketed, vehicles being delivered out to buyers once they have been sold, pool fleet management vehicles coming in and out of the site or clients requests to move vehicles between sites. They use a team of our own drivers and approved sub-contractors to deliver the service, and are focused daily on delivering the best quality service and responding to the challenging demands of providing an effective transport service.
The Yard team have responsibility for processing vehicles once they arrive on site, whether they are vehicles for our on line auction, or vehicles we are looking after as part of our pool fleet management service. Our professional and highly trained yard team work hard to process vehicles on arrival as quickly as possible.
The Bodyshop team repair vehicles managed by our on line pool fleet management service as well as preparing badly damaged vehicles for sale on behalf of vendors as well as repairing damage post sale for buyers. The team have an extensive skill set as well as the latest equipment allowing them to deliver top quality repairs for all of their clients.
The Pool Fleet Management Team manage the whole process around vehicles processed through this service. This starts with the collection instructions, then managing the vehicle whilst on site including bodyshop work and managing any maintenance requirements, before it is returned to the customer. Liaising with the customers effectively is key to this process so we ensure our client's needs are met.
Our Office and Finance team are focused on working hard and giving the best service levels to help out all of our clients. They have years of industry experience that ensures our service levels shine through and they are able to deal with any queries quickly and efficiently giving you all the information you require on our sale process, and ensure that all vehicles sold through our remarketing service are administered efficiently.
