Consumer Registration

In order to place bids on our auctions you will need to be registered and authorised to bid. (NB: The 'Buy-It-Now' facility is available to registered Motor Trade and Business Users only). You will be asked to provide your details and pay a registration fee (currently £20 plus VAT) by credit or debit card via our secure payment provider.

We recommend that you read our FAQs, user guide and watch the ‘How It Works’ video (located on the Home Page) as these will explain our business operation using clear and easy to understand terminology – should you require any further information then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Step 1:
Fill in your contact details
After you have registered and paid the registration fee you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 2:
Await Approval
Your Login Name and Password will be emailed to you when your registration has been approved (during normal office hours).
*Please note – at this stage you are not yet authorised for on-line bidding.

Step 3:
Get Authorised to Bid
When you are ready to bid you will need to be authorised.

Self 'online' authorisation is available by entering a pre-authorised deposit through our secure payment provider which can be accessed after you have signed in.

All lots are sold as described in the Entry Particulars describing each lot. It is essential that you ensure you are satisfied with the Lot by inspecting it at our premises prior to bidding.

Viewing times are:
Tuesday & Wednesday 10am - 1pm.

Other viewing times may be available by appointment.

You are able to attend any Auction at our premises in person if you so wish.
